"I've been working with Mitch for a few years now and have always appreciated his help in going over policies, but my review comes from a recent deer accident. State Farm in general was helpful with the claim process, but Mitch as the agent also flagged the file to make sure he was keeping an eye on the progress, and when what I was being told from the repair shop didn't line up with what I could see online, he was helpful in going the extra step to communicate with claims and get the estimates over to me to help make sure I had all the information as I made decisions."
